The Embassy of the United States of America, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, invites all eligible bidders to provide quotation for Preventive Maintenance service for two Central UPSes installed at CDC-Ethiopia office located at Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) compound as per the attached detailed statement of work.

Each offer MUST contain the following information. Any supplier with incomplete information will be disqualified.

1. Solicitation Number PR9646571in the subject line of the offer.
2. Full address of the supplier.
3. Bidders must have
• DUNS number and be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Please mention your DUNS number in your offer.
• License for the year 2020/21 and are VAT registered
4. Bidders should submit two bid documents separately, one financial proposal and the other technical proposal

Please note: Offers must be received before 10:00 am on April 15, 2021 (Local time in Addis Ababa).
