Friendship Support Association (FSA) is a local non-governmental organization working in Afar Regional State.

Friendship Support Association (FSA) invites interested and eligible suppliers for the procurement of Non- Food Items (NFI)for the Emergency Locust Affected Area in Afar.

Note: Sample is required for all items except for Roto.

1.     Potential bidders (suppliers) may obtain the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 200.00 from Friendship Support Association (FSA) Head Office, Addis Ababa from November 6, 2020, to November 10, 2020, during working hours (8:30 am -4:30 pm)  from the following Address:

2.      Tenders submitted must be accompanied with:

·          Renewed business license for the year 2012/2013 E.C. VAT | TIN registration certificate;

·          Bid Security in the name of “Friendship Support Association” amounting 2% of the given price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee (should be submitted with separate sealed envelope).

·          Evidence of past performance on similar works and other relevant credentials:

·          Completely filled Price Schedule with separate sealed envelop

3.      Tenders must be submitted in two (2) sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder’s official seal, and clearly marked “Original” and “Copy”, and must include the bidders’ name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title.

4.      Tenders must submit the bid doc to the Friendship Support Association (FSA) head Office Admin Unit on November 10, 2020, before/at 4: 30 pm.

5.       Friendship Support Association (FSA) Bid Committee will open tender responses on November 11, 2020, at 10:00 am without the presence of Bidders’ designated representatives due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic.

6.       Friendship Support Association (FSA) reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial or in its entirety.
