  Procurement of Human Medicine/Pharmaceutical Goods

1. The purchaser (Ambasel Trading House plc) invites eligible competitive bidders( pharmaceutical  manufacturers and importers) for the supply of  Medical Goods
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bid (NCB) procedures, contained in the Public Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders.
3.  Interested eligible bidders can get a complete set of bidding documents from Ambasel Building 5th floor office number 503 in working hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm until bid closing date upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 birr.
4.  Documents will be issued at Ambasel trading house plc. Ambasel building 5th^th floor, office No 503
5. Bid will be closed on Nov, 16 /2020 at 10:00 am and opened in the presence of bidders or representatives in the same date at 10:30 am venue; ambasel building 5^th floor, conference hall.
6. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security amount valued at 2% of total price in the form of CPO or an unconditional Bank counter-guarantee. The bid security should be in the name of Ambasel trading house plc.
7. The Purchaser reserves the right to postpone the bid opening for its own convenience.
8.  The Purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any items on the bid.
