The ground ambulance services can be provided upon receipt of an Official UNHCC Request or a UN staff personal request.

The successful Proposer(s) will be  Contracted for an initial term of three (3) years with the option of a yearly extension upon satisfactory performance not exceeding a total contract period of five (5) years.
