PROJECT BACKGROUND

This Terms of Reference (TOR) is to define the scope, technical requirements, and  evaluation criteria for the selection of a qualified Contractor to perform excavation and cart away works for the Kaza Living Project (3 Basement + Ground + 19 Floors). The work involves systematic excavation to the required depth, safe removal, loading, transportation, and legal disposal of excavated materials from the project site in accordance with all design, safety, and environmental requirements.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The objective of this assignment is to engage a competent contractor to perform  excavation works and transport the excavated materials from the construction site to approved disposal areas while ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to the project schedule.
