The Non – Governmental Organization (VIS) Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo is an international humanitarian organization that supports forcefully displaced refugees from South Sudan) currently living in Jewi and Nguenyyiel refugee camps in the Gambella region.

VIS hereby invites competent a contractor to submit a sealed tender for the following construction works in Gambella Regional State Nguneyyiel and Jewi South Sudanese refugee camp VIS training centers.

1. Civil works for the rehabilitation and improvement of the training center in Nguenyyiel and Jewi refugee camps

Bidders with BC/GC Grade 7 and above may obtain the tender documents, including the General Conditions, Contract, Template, Specification, and bill of Quantities for each of the above-mentioned activities can be collected from the VIS Gambella Field Office located at Don Bosco from the MAY 25TH UP TO 2ND OF JUNE BETWEEN 8:30 AM TO 12:30 AM AND FROM 3:00 PM TO 5:30 PM hours from the following address.

Documents must be put in sealed envelopes, clearly marked by the bidder’s name, address, legal stamp, and name of the particular site, and submit their technical and financial document in one (1) original and one copy for both different envelops) separately wax sealed to

THE TENDER DULY FILLED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY 

• Renewed business license and competency certificate for the year 2015
• VAT registration certificate 
• Company profile showing past performance records on similar works and other relevant credentials
• Bid security in the name of VIS for 1% of the bid amount om the form of a CPO or bank guarantee valid at least for three months from the date of bid opening (Cash or insurance bond is not acceptable

Noted above in Gambella 

Document will be opened ON JUNE 5th 2023 at VIS Gambella field office at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or bidder’s representatives who wish to attend 

VIS Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo reserve the right to accept and reject the entire or partial of this bid.
