SOS Children’s Villages in Ethiopia is a member of the International Federation of SOS Children’s Villages. It is a non-political, non-religious social development organization focused on the well-being and development of children. It was founded in 1974 and has since been a development partner to the government of Ethiopia and it has positively impacted the lives of thousands of children, families, and communities. Currently, we are operating in seven locations; Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Jimma, Harar, Hawassa, and Gode with additional satellite projects in each Region and the National Office in Addis Ababa.
Our organization wants to sign a one-year framework agreement for Tour & Travel Services for different assessments, and workshops out of Addis Ababa that will serve on a service purchase order basis, and for short-term projects (for now, we have a project in North Wollo that will be implemented until December 31, 2023). Hence, considering the existing project and the emerging projects, please quote your prices on the Daily rate with fuel & without fuel, in Addis Ababa & out of Addis Ababa, and also the KM rate for Rough roads and Asphalt roads with a maximum discount for the services.

- Eligibility Documents – Valid Business License (E.C. 2015 Renewed License, Taxpayer Registration Certificate (TIN), and VAT Registration Certificate.
- Company profile listing the bidders’ address, branches, structure, etc.
- Evidence of past satisfactory performance on the provision of similar supplies.
The tender document must be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing an official company seal, and marked by the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for these purposes at SOS Children’s Villages in Ethiopia National office in Addis Ababa, located at Bole Atlas in front of Mado Hotel on June 02, 2023, on or before 3:00 PM.
SOS Children Village in Ethiopia Procurement Committee will open tender responses on June 05, 2023, at 10:00 Am at its discretion.
SOS CVE reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial, or in its entirety.
