REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Provision of Security Guarding Service in 
Addis Ababa

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH would like to enhance the safety and security of GIZ staff office compounds and residences in Addis Ababa. Therefore, would like to invite legally registered local security companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to bid for the provision of security protection services 24 hours per day and seven days per week for two years with the possibility of an extension for one more year. 

To view the Terms of Reference (ToR), and Eligibility grid and get the GIZ standard form to fill in the Self-declaration of eligibility, interested bidders are free to visit the 2merkato website link.

Interested bidders are required to fill in all the required information stated in the Self-declaration of eligibility form, should they want to be shortlisted for the subsequent official bid Invitation.
 
Clearly filled Self-declaration of eligibility with relevant documents according to the instruction put in the document should be physically submitted in a sealed envelope by June 5, 2023, at 4:30 p.m to the following address:

After the provided deadline, only acceptably shortlisted companies will be communicated via provided address; and will be notified to get the official bid invitation documents, to reply with their Technical & Financial Offers.
