INVITATION FOR BID

Expertise France would like to publish the announcement of Civil Works and Electrical Works-for Dessie Comprehensive Tertiary Hospital at Amhara region Dessie.

1. Expertise France received support from the French Government for the Rehabilitation of the Dessie Hospital and is therefore inviting eligible bidders with renewed Construction licenses of category GC/BC, Grade 5 and above with a license valid for the year 2023 and who can present registration certificate for construction work service for the concerned organization.
2. An interested bidder can apply online on www.marches-publics.gouv.fr website from the day that the advertisement appears in French website site and 2merkato.com
3. The eligible bidders are expected to go through the bid document and apply online for their technical and financial proposals until 17/04/2023. Candidates must submit a complete bid file.
4. The validity of bids submitted shall be at least 120 days from the submission deadline.
5. Tender language in English
6. Electronic submission is mandatory. Any submission via other means will be rejected. The bid
