Open Tender for Supply of Rehabilitation/Mobility Equipment
HelpAge International (www.helpage.org) is an international non-governmental organization working together to ensure that older people lead dignified, active, healthy, and secure lives. HelpAge International’s secretariat is based in London, UK but works in 41 countries across the world. HelpAge has been operating in Ethiopia since 1992 and has been engaged in thematic sectors including social protection, health and wellbeing, emergency response, and capacity building of partners.
HelpAge International Ethiopia Program Office would like to invite qualified and interested bidders for the provision of rehabilitation center equipment/ Mobility aids.
Requirements:
- Renewed Business License in the respective area.
- TIN Certification.
- VAT registration certificate.
- Proof of track record in the supply of similar items.
- Testimonies of related services
- Clarity of specifications and descriptions
- Bid bond: 2% in the form of CPO only.
All Quotations must be clearly presented in English only.
Clarity of specifications and presentation of the bid offer, quality, delivery time, and value-for-money principles will be considered in the evaluation of the bid.
All interested vendors are invited to submit a quotation for the below-mentioned items in respect of the referenced Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The submitted Quotation could be used as the basis for a contract between your firm/institution and HelpAge International.

A complete set of tender documents can be collected for free starting from January 16-24, 2023 from the HelpAge International office Located in Addis Ababa, Kirkos Sub-city, Axum Building 4th Floor (on the way from Urael to Atlas) Tel+251 (0) 11 126 1535/37. The completed set of tender documents shall be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope in person indicating ‘Tender No. and the name’ in ‘Original’ & ‘Copy (financial only)” properly bounded with identifying the sender and addressed to the above. Closing deadline: Date: Wednesday, January 25, 2023, Time: 10:30 AM (4:30 am O’clock in the morning, local time) and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM (05:00 A.M Local Time). - Bidders are required to collect bid documents to offer their proposals.
