Organizational Overview

Habitat for Humanity started as a grassroots initiative on a community farm in southern Georgia in 1976, motivated by the belief that everyone deserves a decent place to live. Since then, the organization has expanded to become a top worldwide nonprofit operating in approximately 1,400 towns across the United States and in close to 70 countries. Habitat for Humanity works with families and individuals in need to construct or upgrade a place they can call home. Everyone can support families in achieving the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to create better lives for themselves, whether it be through financial support, volunteer work, or adding their voice in favor of affordable housing.

Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia (HFHE) started operations in 1993 as a branch of Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). HFHE has provided simple, affordable shelter for families in Ethiopia while also working to improve Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene and empower Vulnerable Groups in the country.

This is an invitation to potential vendors who fall within the categories listed below.

8. Hotel Service 3,4 & 5 Star
9. Tour and Travel Agents
10. Consultancy Services (Both Individual and Company)
11. Building Construction Contractors (Grades 3,4,6&7, Small Micro Enterprise (SME))
12. Pipe and fitting Material Suppliers
13. Newspapers

Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) for Pre-Qualification:

To register and show your interest, call the number listed below. Vendors who have already registered should send the form with copies of the documents that contain all the necessary vendor information in a sealed document to the national office of habitat for humanity Ethiopia.

The deadline for submissions is February 28.

N.B:  The invited vendors can call to register and those who register can return the form attached with other documents during working hours 8:00 am - 12 pm & 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday only.
