Topic- UNICEF (Ethiopia) wishes to request eligible bidders to participate in a Request for proposal (LRPS) Institutional Consultancy Services for Long-Term Agreement for the Design and Supervision Works of WASH Projects Across Ethiopia, Long Term Arrangement for 24+12 months.

There will be Pre-bid Meeting on 17 th October 2022 @ 2:00PM Local time, interested vendor to join the meeting should send their email addresses through supplyaddisababa@unicef.org. Any query or clarification with regard to this bid shall be send through an email to supplyaddisababa@unicef.org  before or on 26 October 2022. Bid clarification will be communicated on the same website at 2merkato.com to the public.  

While sending your request for clarification, please ensure that you specify the LRPS number in the subject email, provide the name of your company, contact person, email and mobile number. The due date for submission of proposals/Bid to UNICEF Addis Ababa Office, is on or before 2:00PM (East African Time) 02 November 2022.  Please read the LRPS for detailed requirements and due dates. Please quote the respective LRPS (request for quotation) numbers with the Consultancy Services for Long-Term Agreement for Design and Supervision Works of WASH Projects Across Ethiopia.

IMPORTANT: For hard copy bid submissions the UNECA security rules requires 36 hours ‘advance notice’ to be given by visitor, therefore please notify the Supply Section by email: supplyaddisababa@unicef.org providing
the full name of the person who will be submitting the bid and the proposed date of arrival. Please ensure that the person coming has a valid Identification card.
