We have reviewed the document and preparing our technical and financial proposal; however we got some points to be clarified;

1. drawing not provided
2. If we are expected to propose the drawings as well, please clarify the area of each block and rooms that must be included in each Bloc or the expected room accommodations of each Blocks
3. Exact Location of Each schools & (distance from Addis Ababa if Possible)

Kindly note to the potential bidders that this is not about giving their price offers currently. but rather a kind of technical evaluation to assess their experience, potential technical and financially plus methodological approaches to execute Works.

The main purpose of this LTA bid is to put potential vendors on a roaster for potential jobs into which they will give their offers for specific identified service needs.
