Friendship Support Association (FSA) is a local organization working in Afar Regional State. 

Friendship Support Association (FSA) invites interested and eligible suppliers for the procurement of Food Items to Mitigate the worst effects of water scarcity and hunger in the Sub-Saharan Africa Project in Awra & Ewa, Afar Region.

Note: Sample is required for Beans Powder (MitinShiro) and Cooking Oil.

1. Potential bidders (suppliers) may obtain the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 200.00 from Friendship Support Association (FSA) Head Office, Addis Ababa from May 20, 2022, to June 3, 2022, during working hours (8:30 am -4:30 pm)  from the following Address:
   • Friendship Support Association (FSA), Head Office, Addis Ababa.

2. submitted must be accompanied with:
   • Renewed business license for the year 2014 E.C. VAT / TIN registration certificate;
   • Bid Security in the name of “Friendship Support Association” amounting to 2% of the given price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee (should be submitted with a separate sealed envelope).
   • Evidence of past performance on similar works and other relevant credentials:
   • Completely filled Price Schedule with separate sealed envelop
3. Tenders must be submitted in two (2) sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder’s official seal, and clearly marked “Original” and “Copy”, and must include the bidders’ name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title.
4. Tenders must submit the bid doc to Friendship Support Association (FSA) head Office Admin Unit on June 2022 before/ on 4: 30 pm.
5. Friendship Support Association (FSA) Bid Committee will open tender responses on June 6, 2022, at 10:00 am within the presence of Bidders’ designated representatives who wish to attend.
6. Friendship Support Association (FSA) reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial or in its entirety.
